Agreement for the production of residential furniture on behalf of approximately 30–35 franchise stores of “Neoset” was signed by the listed industrial company “Dromeas ABEE”.
The agreement, reached following direct negotiations with the owners of the stores, comes after the closure of the “Neoset” factory, which caused supply problems for products at these points of sale. According to executives of “Dromeas,” although the full impact of the agreement on their turnover cannot be precisely calculated—since it is a flexible collaboration dependent on demand—it is estimated that the revenues generated will be satisfactory.

Before the crisis, Neoset stores were estimated to generate annual sales of around 25–30 million euros. Furniture bearing the Neoset brand will be manufactured by “Dromeas” following the existing technical specifications and variety, and will be offered to consumers at the same prices. This agreement, according to a recent announcement by “Dromeas,” ensures the smooth operation and development of the franchise stores.
It is also noted that a few days ago, “Dromeas” signed a syndicated bond loan worth 20.2 million euros, with a duration of six plus two years, organized by the banks Emporiki, Piraeus, and Eurobank, with participation from Attiki, Alpha, and National Bank.
