DROMEAS will produce furniture on behalf of NEOSET
On June 7th, the company Dromeas signed an agreement for the production of furniture for the NEOSET store network. Specifically, the management of Dromeas announced that on June 7, 2013, a production agreement was signed for furniture bearing the NEOSET brand. The furniture for the NEOSET stores will be manufactured according to the existing technical specifications and variety, and will be offered to consumers at the same prices.
This agreement, according to an official announcement, ensures the smooth operation of the NEOSET branded stores and their development, as well as the strengthening and enhancement of the competitiveness of Greek production in the furniture sector.
It is reminded that recently, the Greek company won two international tenders by the Procurement Directorate of the German Army for the supply of office furniture, with a total value of over 3 million euros. These are pieces that fully comply with the EU specifications and are entirely produced by Dromeas at its facilities in the Industrial Area of Serres.
At the same time, in early June, Dromeas’s Board of Directors signed a syndicated bond loan contract worth 20,153,200 euros between the company and the banks Alpha Bank, Attica Bank, National Bank of Greece, Emporiki Bank, Eurobank, and Piraeus Bank. The loan was organized by Emporiki Bank, Piraeus Bank, and Eurobank, with Emporiki Bank appointed as the representative of the bondholders and payment administrator.
