ANNOUNCEMENT ON REFORMING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The company «PAPAPANAGIOTOU Anonymous Industrial Trading and Representation Company» with the trade name «DROMEAS ABEEA» (the Company) (hereinafter the “Company”), informs the investing public that during the Board of Directors meeting held on 17.07.2024, it was decided to restructure the Company’s Board of Directors. Following this, the new composition of the Board of Directors as a body, as well as the granting of representation rights of the Company, are as follows:

The reconstitution of the Board of Directors as a body until the end of its term, i.e., until 30.06.2029, when the remainder of its six-year term expires, which may be automatically extended until the deadline within which the immediately following Annual General Meeting of 2029 must be convened and until the relevant decision is taken, is as follows:

3. Grigorios ZAROTIADIS son of Vasileios, Vice-Chairman and non-executive member

4. Konstantinos PAPAPANAGIOTOU son of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer and executive member

5. Stavroula PAPAKONSTANTINOU daughter of Anastasios, executive member

6. Panagiotis PANAGIOTAKAKIS son of Athanasios, Independent Non-executive member

7. Stavros IOSIFIDIS son of Pantelis, Independent Non-executive member.

8. The legal representation of the Company and the exercise of all powers and responsibilities of the Board of Directors were assigned to Mr. Athanasios Papapanagiotou son of Konstantinos, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Konstantinos Papapanagiotou son of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer of the Board, specifically each acting alone, except for those whose exercise by law and the Company’s Articles of Association requires collective action.
